WTW Technical Graduate interview questions

Online application followed by tests. Telephone interview booked after about two weeks. Asked three competencies - Building a relationship, Teamwork/collaboration and Thought Innovation. They probe your examples thoroughly. Then standard q's, about your motivations, basically why towers watson and why you chose the role. Interview was scheduled for an hour and then lasted around 40 minutes.
