I had posted my resume on several local job boards and was contacted by wachters recruitment team. After a brief phone interview with the recruiter to determine if I was a good fit. After the first conversation, I received a email from the recruiter to schedule a video conference with a few more members of the recruitment team.
A day after the video conference with the recruitment team, I got the call to see if I was ready to join the team. I agreed, and was informed that they will be holding orientation in two weeks at their home office in Kansas, and will fly me out for a week and go over all the details and will pick up my company truck and drive it back to my home town.
I was informed in advance that there are no set hours, and I would be in a "on call" status position. I agreed to the terms and am awaiting the orientation. I will follow up with another review after I'm back in my home town and working regularly.
