I applied online to the Wake County Schools website. I received a call back that day from the assistant principal of the school I had applied to. We scheduled my interview. The interview was c casual but professional. I was made to feel comfortable. There were three people in the interview. The Principal, AP, and the current technology teacher. They were all very welcoming and friendly. The primary concern was my work ethic and adaptability.

Informal sit down interview at the school. Assistant Principal, Department Head, and one other teacher were present. Conversational and low stress. They asked direct questions about my experience and they also asked questions with no real "good" answer to gauge my temperament and attitude.
