Interview on campus with tour. Sometimes offers are on the spot depending on the situation and who the other candidates are.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Wake County Public Schools (Garner, NC) in Apr 2015
Interview
The hiring process was a nightmare. The interview was smooth and painless. I was extended an offer the same day. Unfortunately, the HR department took an additional 4 MONTHS to process my paperwork. It was so bad that I started interviewing for other jobs.
