Online video interview and a group interview , explaining your favourite products and recommendations to good products. Going through scenarios of what you would do in the situations presented. Good interview overall

Interview
Group interview to begin with, usually 2/3 others quizzed on your favourite makeup and what you would take with you on a desert island. Then taken onto shop floor to show off your selling and link selling skills. One to one interview takes place afterwards, the whole interview time to complete all three stages was about two hours.
