It was quick and efficient, but no different from the interview process for any other retail position. They asked me the same questions they’d ask anywhere. I was offered a job immediately.

A short, simple interview process that consisted of a few situational and behavioral questions and personal availability. Prepare by looking through sample questions on the website and having prior retail experience is recommended.

What is your availability and are you flexible with your schedule?
Easy enough questions, really depends on the manager in all honesty. Just gotta answer thoughtfully. I enjoyed my experience there and think anyone wanting to go for it should definitely do it.

When was a time you felt challenged and how did you respond to it?
Easy and quick process, this was 6+ years ago so I did have to do a drug test. They no longer test for CSA, but any key holding and pharmacy position they do. It is now an oral swab.
