Interview
The interview was mostly a formality. The bring you in and ask you a bunch of behavioral interview questions, aka storytelling. This really does not access many of your achievement, but rather how comfortable you can act and think while under pressure. Most of the time the district manager has already chosen the person he/she wants for the position anyways. There are measures to prevent favoritism, but they are not used well. The interview process is about ten questions long and last about a half hour

You interview with store manager and sometimes the district manager of being hired directly into management but if you are going to be a store employee then store manager or asst mgr does interview and you have to pass drug screening and background check

Formal face to face behavioral interview with 1-2 persons giving and recording interview. Basic background questions . About 5 behavioral questions; probing questions are asked to guide your answers. At the beginning and end you are allowed to ask questions. Take your time when answering questions to ensure effectiveness in you responses.

Interview
The interview process was kind of redundant. I had repeated interviews because they needed more than one to see if they were truly interested. But then they they also would say how nice the company is and how it really is a company that you could stay with and love but that is not the case anymore since a new ceo is in charge.
