They never call. However, the kept posting the job, and when I called to check the status of my application, they promised that they will respond back to me, and they haven't. Their communication is not highly stander.

Applied online and received a email and call to schedule interview. It was a phone interview with the District Manager that consisted of multiple behavioral questions. Minimal questions about previous experience. It took about a week to receive offer letter.
