Applied and about one weeks later received a call from a recruiter for a phone interview. The interview featured two or three standard interview questions including what salary range I expected. I received an email a week later to set up an in person interview. The in-person interview consisted of a 15 minute 1-on-1 interview with the team SVP to discuss my experience and how I could be a good fit. The second portion of the interview was with two other VP's and the rest of the underwriters and analysts from that office (9 individuals in all, simultaneously). This portion lasted for about 45 minutes. The entire interview was light-hearted and very little was asked about my resume. Very conversational.
