Silly, and extremely woke. The hiring manager noted that I was a triple red flag: 1) straight, 2) white, 3) male. I ultimately did not proceed with the process for the analyst role as it was clear that I would not be welcomed culturally.

Conversational 15 to 20 minute phone interview with HR rep. Informative, helpful, provided all important details about the team, role, expectations, work environment, what they are looking for, process, next steps.
Process was easy. Two behavioral and an excel test which was incredibly easy. Final round was straightforward and easy it just wasn’t a good fit so we parted ways. They had the whole team there but only talked to the MD which was weird
Process felt dragged out with a lot of Test/Model building to present for various interviews which felt like a lot of hours to put in for early interview stages. Overall not a bad experience, just a lot of extra steps for an early stage job
