Stepped into the store and spoke to an associate to get the process started. We stepped outside and into a benched area to begin the interview. He asked a few basic questions and just like that the interview was over. He let me know I'd get a phone call letting me know if I got the position or not.
Very easy, not difficult at all. Common interview questions. Very simple and very basic. Was only two rounds both fairly similar to the other. The second interview was more of a conversation.

The process was very brief and simple. I walked in and did the interview with the manager. I got a call within three days and the hiring manager was super nice and gave me the full scope of expectations and responsibilties

Asked a lot of questions, Easy hire. Just make sure your have experience working in sales. Be extremely positive and kind in this type of atmosphere. There were some negotiations about the salary. I recommend that you ask for two dollars more than you made at your other job. Don't go for less. Commission is great too.
