Telephonic interview with Hiring Manager
Felt interviewer was of same experience as that of me and Interview was just doing formality of taking interview. Over all felt culture of listening was missing in interviewer as well as company.
Remember people generally behave similar to company culture. Even before I could get rejected i felt I will not be joining this company.
Note This is not vindictive review at this level of experience I have attended and taken 100+ interviews.
What could be better : Assign right set of interviewers as per candidate experience.

One of the worst interview processes. The recruiting team and hiring manager do not respect your time. They changed interview dates multiple times. The interviewer canceled meetings at the last minute. Run away before you apply.
