Interview process was good but Interview Panel is dud. The candidate doesn't have minimum knowledge on Decorator Program. Even after answering all the questions correctly, I got the rejection mail saying my competencies are not good

Its a process of 4 rounds 1 is recruiter screening and other were video interviews where one is techincal and other are with senior manager who is the hiring manager. They takes one week to make their decision
