Usually comprises of 4-5 rounds 1st round is basic technical questions and questions from work exp. of interviewee 2nd round is in-depth technical round along with basic coding 3rd round is managerial round along with Director or Sr. Director 4th round is HR round

The process involved several rounds with different interviewers, but most of them relied on generic software‑engineering questions. Even for senior IAM/Security roles, I was asked to do backend-style coding, frontend design, and unrealistic system‑design tasks. The interviewers did not seem familiar with how to evaluate senior IAM talent, which made the process feel misaligned with the actual role.
