I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Raymond, NH) in Dec 2016
Interview
Filled out an online personality assessment. Unlike every other personality assessment I've taken, they actually updated me in real time that I'd passed. This was much appreciated.
They contacted me about the interview within the next week and we scheduled a time.
The interview was quite casual and didn't have any surprise questions. Some of them did seem a little involved for a warehouse position and had me drawing from previous experiences in office jobs. I got the sense, however, that what was more important here was simply the fact that I *had* an answer, rather than the answer itself.
I was offered the job on the spot.
We also took a little tour of the department I was interviewing for.
The weirdest thing about it, however, was the fact that my starting date was set to 6 weeks after my hiring date.

Question 1
Wish I could remember specifics - mostly general questions looking for anecdotes about overcoming conflicts in the workplace and times that you had to be flexible about the task at hand.

Interview
The interview felt relaxed and friendly. It was more like a conversation than a test. I could explain my experience, ask questions, and better understand the role, team, and expectations.

Question 1
How my past experience would help me succeed in this role.
Took a long time for the interview process to conclude... They did not reach back out for a long time after the interview was done. However the interview was easy.
The Interview process was about the job descriptions, and my skill from my other job, It was easy , and I was very confortable with it. The Interviewer was very nice with me, and I make myself the same way with him.
