Called me on the phone with some pre-interview questions (all situational based) and went in for an interview two days later. Multiple people were being interviewed at once but they were all one on one. Was very easy and went by quickly, got the job offer right after.

Question 1
A situational question about if a customer spills something in the store, and opens a package of paper towels from the store to clean it up, what do you do?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walmart (Leominster, MA)
Interview
One on one interview with an assistant manager. Half the interview was a question and answer format, the other half was completing a written questionnaire. The total time involved was approximately 30 minutes.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to resolve a conflict with a teammate.
They just handed us availability sheets. It was during a prime covid time so they did not take a significant amount of time asking us questions. It wasn't difficult and I was hired and working within a week of the invitation for an interview.
They called me and just asked if I could tell them about myself and had me list any experience I had, and then they said I had the job. It was a very oddly simple process.
