I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart in Feb 2010
Interview
Wal-Mart was good about emailing me information and was clear about what they wanted from me and was organized for the interview. There were 2 interviewers, one pretty laid back the other was more serious. I would say have STAR down and have examples ready for behavioral question. Nothing too tricky but still want to have something to talk about for each of the 8 (I think sections).

Question 1
Tell me about a situation where you had to make an unpopular decision and how did you handle it?
Interview process required several interviews. First you interviewed with the store manager typically by phone or by zoom. Then the next interview was with the market manager or member of the market team.

Question 1
Tell me about an experience when you had to overcome change and adapt to a new work environment.
Fairly streamlined and quick, friendly interviewers made it comfortable, there was no waiting room for the interview but nonetheless it was not a hassle,
They called to inform the position after 3 days
Very long and drawn out process with no compensation discussion until the very end, needs more transparency in my opinion, otherwise fairly painless process overall. Definitely not one to be intimidated about.
