Quick, painless, and super respectful during the entire process. It was a really quick turnaround. The HR was extremely supportive and responsive. They encouraged me to ask questions and offered to set up follow up meeting with the hiring manager once they made me an offer. This truly helped me evaluate the position and risks and benefits.

Suitability for the role/ probed on prior experience
The recruiter responded within 2 days of my application, and was both accommodating and informative, and I spoke with the hiring manager within another 4 days. Then I heard nothing for almost 2 months after the hiring manager interview. For any level at an organization, and especially one as a Director, a candidate is owed at least a biweekly update of the process. Very poor experience and also will lead me to not shop at Walmart again.
