Interview
Lots of paperwork is gone over, and your availability is confirmed. A brief job description is given, and time is allotted for the interviewee to ask questions. A number of scenario questions are asked.

How would you perform in a difficult customer situation
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
