It was a good interview. No complaints. Recommend the job to anyone. Be on time and be yourself. Not difficult and easy to pass. Asked basic entry level questions. Look up what an order filler does.
Phone interviews are typically straightforward and easy to manage. The key is being punctual, respectful, and professional throughout the conversation. By maintaining these qualities, you should experience no problems or concerns.
It was during covid, they were hiring anyone that could pass a background check. The "interview" was basically questions like "what shift would you prefer to work" and "do you think you can handle the physical demands of the job"

Very short interview! It was only about 2 questions! I couldn’t believe it! The whole process was very fast! It just took a while for them to contact me for the interview.
