Interview
There are three interviews. One with your potential direct manager. The first interview is six behavioral questions. The second interview was with the market asset Protection manager and took place on the sales floor. For the second interview they basically just ask what you would watch for on the floor. The third was with the store Manager. Fairly simple process.

The interview process was thorough, personable, and very beneficial. A lot of questions were asked and my interviewed allowed me to ask questions to ensure the right fit. Lasted about 1 hour.

Interview
I arrived to my interview 15 minutes before and it took about 25-30 minutes. Interview was only 4 questions. Make sure you use the STAR method and should have no problem during the interview process.

1 round interview , basic questions about experience and testing the communication skills. make resume relevant to the keywords in the JD, no background verification required. most probably they hire and retain it for a longer period of time.
