After completing the pre-screen application test, I received an invitation for a one-on-one interview with the vision center manager that lasted about 1 hour. Most questions are screened for task and situational management.

Very easy interview with only the Optical Manager. Minimal questions asked. The process mostly looked at my previous employment experience working at Walmart. Job offer happened very quickly. Overall it was ok.
