The interview process was well-structured, professional, and thoughtfully conducted. Communication was clear throughout, timelines were respected, and everything moved smoothly from start to finish—making the overall experience highly efficient and positive.
Recruiters ghosting candidates instead of getting back to them. Even after four rounds of interviews, no word either way. Very inconsiderate. Candidates make time for multiple rounds of interviews over the course of weeks. They don’t even have the decency to let you know their decision. Pathetic.
I had a screening interview with the recruiter. This was followed by a panel interview with the group I would be joining. This was followed by an interview with senior business leader, which was followed by an interview with a very senior lawyer.
