Filled out online application, they called me several days later (less than a week though), went on interview 2 days later, got the job. Had no experience either. Worked in other industries for years and I am 40 years old. Dressed professionally and had a positive and honest attitude. And I was myself the whole time. Did not try and be fake at all. They were very nice and polite and straight forward about the job. Employees I talked to though, liked their job, but were very unhappy with their new management team that came in a month or two ago. There was actually several people I talked too before the interview that were working that said there was a lot of pressure on them and very little pay or people they thought cared about them at all. But a job is a job nowadays, and I'm not going to let that stuff get to me. I'm thankful to just get my foot in the door and be able to feed my kids and put clothes on their back and a roof over their head. You gotta start somewhere and make the most out of every situation life throws at you. Everything will be OK and you will be a better person for it!
