Very intense 4 to 5 step process. Open House, Phone Interview, Face to Face with several managers, Face to Face with Hiring Director. Waiting to hear back; even to get to the next interview step is another long process; trying to follow up with them is like entering a black hole looking for any resemblence of light. Their process really needs to be revamped...
