After taking the online assessment, I was scheduled for an interview. I had to wait about 30 minutes to actually get interviewed. Once my name was called, I went into a room with one of the interviewers and first she asked me about work experience. I told her that I was a hostess at a restaurant back home, and she asked me to explain my responsibilities in that position. After this, she asked me questions like why I wanted to work there. With this question, I stressed that I enjoy interacting with people, and that constant interaction with guests was what drew me to the job. After just a few short questions, I guess she liked me because she explained to me five different positions that were open, and allowed me to pick which position I wanted, which made me feel very special :] I chose a Hostess position starting at $9.46 an hour- part time, not seasonal. It was a really good feeling to be offered a job that day, especially after many other rejections from other companies. I was sent a few emails in the following days, and told to schedule my onboarding appointment, which I have yet to attend.
