I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company in Apr 2013
Interview
Submitted application on the Disney website. Got a call at the end of April asking if I was still interested in the position.
I went through two phone interviews (spaced out over a week). I was mostly asked for stuff on my resume, and my skillsets (specific MS Excel functions, etc). No questions seemed to be behavioral questions. They just wanted to see how well my interpersonal skills and my enthusiasm aligned with the type of work. They seemed to be only hiring rising seniors in undergraduate or in graduate school.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None of it was difficult. They didn't really have a specific sets of questions. Very conversational interview.

Interview
A chill one lasts for about 30 minutes. Conducted online as I wasn’t in the country when it’s time for interview. Manager of the team you applied to will speak to you directly, and learn more about you

Interview
This process was extremely selective and hard to pass. The first in-person interview had me interviewing with three different people. I was so nervous I bombed it. They were super polite though.

Interview
Simple questions but with little information about the details of the intern. even if I know little about the program, they gave me the offer. The call is sudden and short.
