Interview
There was a phone call without any notice and began the short phone interview process. I was on the bus which was so crowded, so I couldn't hear well. I think they process the interview like this because they want to check how the applicants react the embarrassing situation.
Usually they asked things regarding my resume.
Phone call with a recruiter, then online interview with the hiring managers, and a final online interview with the Director
Asked basic questions and questions specifically related to the job description
The interviewing process was simple and straightforward, consisting of a direct conversation with the head of department, and I received an offer just a few hours after the call ended.
It was enjoyable to have a convo with them and they seem friendly. questions asked were relevant and not too difficult to answer. mostly about experience and the company etc
