I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn to see if I am interested in hearing more about the role. I scheduled an interview through the link he had provided, and he was very informative during our call and sparked my interest in the role. I told him I would love to speak to the hiring manager to discuss more, and he suggest I submit a formal application at Disney.com. I submitted an application, and e-mailed him that I did but have not heard back from him in over 2 weeks. He basically left me hanging, and I have not gotten a rejection e-mail either from their applicant tracking system.
Additionally, this is the 2nd time I interviewed with Disney. The first time in 2018, I talked to the hiring manager that did not ask me any questions and basically wasted both our times. I had a feeling she already had a candidate in mind waiting for final acceptance. Overall, experience with Disney has been terrible. I am not sure if I will ever go back for a 3rd interview at this rate. Hiring mangers and recruiters are not as professional, and they do not care about candidate experience.

Question 1
Walk me through your experience, what are you looking for in your next role, what made you consider accepting an interview with Disney. What salary are you targeting.

Interview
The three rounds of interviews all went well, and then they ghosted after the final round. No communication was provided at all alerting me that I had been rejected. Please respect your candidates' time and effort and be gracious enough to provide an update and not simply ghost people.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Burbank, CA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Initial discussions took place with recruiters after they approached me on LinkedIn. Following this I met with the hiring manager. The conversation was very relaxed and focused on general debates around other and current strategy. The next round was with the Head of Compensation, also a great discussion and focused on getting to know you and how you think in a positive way.
