I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company
Interview
I saw and applied for the listing online. Received a phone call a few days later. A group interview was set for 2 weeks later (thought I didn't know it was group at the time haha)
It was such a blast! The most fun interview I have ever been through! The majority of it was trivia and knowledge based! You really need to know your stuff! But the rest were questions about why you want to work there, and a single behavioral question on how you would go the extra mile to make a guests stay magical. It was about an hour long, very fun, very comfortable.
I received a call almost as soon as I got home with an offer, though it was for a separate part-time position as Stagehand.

Question 1
Not too hard but "use an item on the table and tell me how you would sell it or entertain children with it"
Easy! Everyone was so friendly. Applied online and was called for an in person interview within the week. Appreciated that it felt like they weren’t wasting my time by dragging on the provess
I applied online. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (London, England) in Feb 2025
Interview
This was a group interview for the store in London. We were put into small groups, I was lucky that everyone in the group was very friendly. So we were able to bounce off each other. It wasn't an overly competitive environment.
