3 rounds: A 30 min Q&A with recruiter to gather your strengths and see if you’re interested. Another 30 min Q&A to see if you know some basic things about control theory or process automation and finally a 1hr interview with a panel of Mechanical, Electrical and other engineering disciplines. Thought all interviews went well. I even had a little demo to present my work. However, never heard back from the team after 6 business weeks of waiting and multiple follow up emails. Very unprofessional.
