I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company in Aug 2021
Interview
There were three interviews, one with HR, one with your direct report, and a panel with cross-channel leads was the entire process. They were all online since we were still remote
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company in Sep 2025
Interview
This was probably one of the smoothest and most respectful interview processes I've ever gone through! I had four rounds, beginning with a recruiter, and everyone was kind and approachable! I think how a company treats its interviewees is very telling on how they treat their employees. If you're present and personable, you'll bring out the best in your candidates! I wasn't asked any formal STAR questions, but I was able to weave in my prepared stories to back up my statements.

What gave you the most personal gratification in your previous role?
Went through a phone call screening and an in person interview with Disney. Super kind and understanding recruiter. I was told that I will not be progressing after the in person interview but they shared personal feedback via the phone which was really useful.

Interview
Telephone interview asking general questions and giving info about the role. Overall positive experience, not too hard and the recruiter was very friendly. I always felt comfortable and at ease.
