The web based interview involved personality wuestions in order to get to know the candidate, and if your personality matched well with the company's standards, you are invited to move on to a phone interview. The phone interview is with somebody from the hiring team and they ask you a set of questions, which is different for everyone based on the roles you chose.

The process was extremely easy. I filled out an application and then a personality questionnaire. After that, I was offered a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was offered the position a week later.
