My experience was online since it was for the Disney College Program. I just filled out a typical application. I did have to include college information and previous work history.
I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Anaheim, CA)
Interview
Audition process: charades & small dance. After audition process, if you get a call back, you get scheduled an interview with a recruiter who will then ask why you want to work there and ask for your availability.

Question 1
Are you available to work all weekends and holidays?
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Milwaukee, WI) in Nov 2012
Interview
After being recruited for the entertainment intern position I had to travel from Milwaukee, WI to Chicago, IL. After several cuts and rounds of dance and animation auditions I received an offer to join the entertainment team in the final round. To make things official I had to do an online survey and interview, several rounds of phone interviews, background checks, etc. The interviews were pretty common sense and not difficult at all. You just have to remember that you are applying for a job, not a just a free ride to go have fun at Walt Disney World. Keying in on work ethic and previous experience is a huge plus. I have grown up in family businesses so that was a huge help as far as drawing many conclusions from the experience I had gained.
