I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Saint Louis, MO) in Aug 2023
Interview
The interview I had for the DCP was a phone interview! You were able to select a day/time to speak with the interviewer.
It felt very conversational and was actually really fun. I could tell that my interviewer was passionate about working for the Walt Disney Company and she was very encouraging. I was asked about my experiences with Disney, what I wanted to do within the DCP (top 3 choices), talked through my resume, and I was able to ask a lot of questions! Just make sure to keep an eye out for an "Unknown Caller"
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Can you tell me about a time you made a guest or customer happy at a previous job?
Really laid back and fun! Interviewer was very nice and excited, so if you’re relaxed and confident in yourself and the answers you give, the interview itself should go smoothly. Make sure to really share your excitement and fit key words in like the 5 keys to really make you shine!
Laid back interview. Very simple questions. Why do you want to work here? What are your favorite rides? Experience in specific roles. Usually, questions are about customer service positions. Difficulties with coworkers and how you solved those problems. How you work in teams. Major focus on who you are as a person to see if you fit into the company cuture.

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you and a coworker had a disagreement and how you overcame that disagreement.
It was very easy! I was interviewed for a short time which kinda scared me but I got accepted. I loved working there!! I would advice to just be confident and answer at your best possible abilities
