I wanted to provide brief feedback on my recent interview process for the Content Coordinator role at Disney. Firstly, the initial interview, which was scheduled as a 1:1, ended up being a group interview, which was unexpected. Advanced notice about this change would have helped me prepare better for that format. Secondly, after completing three rounds of interviews, communication became scarce. Aside from being told that Disney was experiencing "technical issues," I waited over a month without any meaningful updates on my candidacy. Ultimately, I received word that the position had been offered to another candidate. While I understand these things happen, more frequent communication throughout the process would have made a significant difference.
