Negative and misleading. After being pursued on LinkedIn and requested to interview by 2 recruiters, The recruiter I interviewed with stated that I was "the ideal candidate", "perfect" and that "the hiring manager would love me" in the interview. Afterwards, I never heard back from recruiter or recieved an interview from the hiring manager. I called and sent 2 follow ups over 2 weeks only to find my application was "No longer under consideration" in the application portal. The application portal nor the recruiter notified me, I only found this by checking the portal. Overall, a very misleading, non-communicative, and poor candidate experience, to be recruited, have an overwhelmingly positive abut misleading interview, and then to be ghosted when following up.

Overall, this is a time commitment here. Expect that this is going to take a long time and be patient. Once you realize that, you should be fine. I will say that they communicate very effectively along every step of the process. That gives the candidate an idea of how everything is going.
