Really laid back and fun! Interviewer was very nice and excited, so if you’re relaxed and confident in yourself and the answers you give, the interview itself should go smoothly. Make sure to really share your excitement and fit key words in like the 5 keys to really make you shine!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Orlando, FL) in Feb 2014

Interview process began with an online questionnaire and after passing that the interviewee sets up a time for an over-the-phone interview. A quick 15 minute phone call asking basic questions about customer service. After that the individual will be notified between two days and two months whether or not he or she was accepted.
