The interview process was several steps of questioning and competency and my background. The interviewers were very friendly and presented the Disney like charm. There was never a moment I felt uncomfortable or interrogated. The interviewers seemed genuinely curious beyond the normal standard questions about my background in swimming and overall life.

quick, you get the offer after you pass the swim and CPR testing. Interview was very quick, basic questions, this was my first job out of high school. Just be friendly and positive.
