Terrible experience and was clearly a waste of my time - interviewed for the process and solutions team within TA. Completed a recruiter screen then hiring manager panel interview. Feedback from the hiring panel was unprofessional and they were looking for any reason to say no. I am happy to take feedback and work on anything with pride but when they said the reason I didn't get the role is due to the feedback to the recruiter in which they encouraged me to do in the interview that's just ridiculous.
