Overall very messy communication from Disney. Yes, that's expected from such a large company but they should be able to handle important things like communication better:
1) my recruiter screened me and moved me onto the next interview. another recruiter (from another state) sent me the final details and I had questions regarding attire and parking so I called, left a voicemail, emailed my main recruiter, no response. eventually emailed the other recruiter with my questions who forwarded my message to her, still no response. what the hell do they have jobs in hr for if they can't even respond to interviewees?!?
2) after my second round in-person in review with my department, I was told someone would contact me regarding whether or not they would like to move forward. 3 weeks, nothing. I check my online dashboard to see that I've been rejected.
I have a very impressive list of references and real estate experiences, a great gpa, and I know I killed that interview.
the entire process was a waste of time and to be honest, they just throw a bunch of people in to interview to hit their quotas, and give no shiets after that.
