Interview
I applied through the Disney website. A Disney representative gave me a call a couple days later. The call was pretty much to make sure I was professional on call, etc. after that Initial screening, they brought me into a group interview where we had to interview within a bunch of other candidates. don't sweat it. The interviews are a lot easier than people think.
Phone call with a recruiter, then online interview with the hiring managers, and a final online interview with the Director
Asked basic questions and questions specifically related to the job description
The interviewing process was simple and straightforward, consisting of a direct conversation with the head of department, and I received an offer just a few hours after the call ended.
It was enjoyable to have a convo with them and they seem friendly. questions asked were relevant and not too difficult to answer. mostly about experience and the company etc
