I was really disappointed with Walt Disney Company. I applied for a role 4 weeks ago. Got a reply 3 weeks ago from HR who informed me that I would receive a call that morning for a telephone interview. No call was received; I even had to call them up myself to which they replied that I would receive a call that very day. It has now been more than 2 weeks from the email and still no call.
What makes this disappointing is that I really admired the brand and company, but annoyed how unprofessional and unorganised they have been.

Interview
There was a 30minute video call with the recruiter and then two more online interviews with members/leaders of the team, all very standard stuff. I was told when the outcome would be but didn’t hear anything. I reached out the following week to be told by the recruiter that they were catching up with the team and they would let me know soon. It’s been about 3 weeks since then and they have not communicated anything. Such a shame after having dreamt of working at Disney for so long for them to treat candidates so terribly
Very well designed. There were 3 rounds of interview. Manager, Sr. manager and Director HR. Questions were relevant to my job. All interviews were scheduled on same day. I had to wait for approx. 2 months to hear back the interview results.
I only had one, 1 hr interview which went well. Process took about 2 months until I received a job offer. Interviewers we’re thorough and always promptly responded to emails when I had questions.
