Staffs from Walt Disney World came to my college to interview. Whole process took about 15 minutes. He first introduced the program briefly for a group of candidates, then interviewed individually.

Included two stages - one with the Yummy Jobs team, followed by an interview at Disney HQ with Disney. First stage required a lot more preparation to stand out but they asked questions about the roles we had selected, our experience and why we wanted to work in them as well as questions about our ability to work and live with others
