First, they will email you for phone screening (which the HR forgot to call me on scheduled time twice and rescheduled multiple times). Second, there will be a zoom Interview with director/manager in the department you are applying for. Last, they will ask you for an in-person Interview (with a 60mins basic Revit test).

Reached out via LinkedIn and was able to set up an interview right away. I did a zoom call and then came in for the Revit/CAD assessment and the test itself was pretty basic.
