There was an open house. I had gone through the application process online first, you have to pass a test they give you during the application process to even get to the interview.
Virtual self administered interview invited by email to complete within three days or else I would not be considered for the position. Ability to practice beforehand for 60 seconds but that’s about it

Interview
Two interviews were scheduled within 3 weeks. They were fairly straightforward. I should have asked more about the role and the predecessors who inhabited the positions to assess if this was a suitable role.
