A phone screening was followed by two in-person interviews with the hiring manager and a dotted line manager. I was never even given a courtesy call or response to my email by the HR person to let me know they did not hire me.

For the assessment centre there was a variety of team exercises. For example watching a trailer and suggesting ways to market and then had a drawing exercise based on a partner's description of an image. Finally had an interview with a hiring manager.
