Easy overall, but it does have the "record yourself/answer these questions" before you get to the real interviewer. It is not easy to read questions, answer and record yourself mainly because it is a very impersonal type of interview. Situational type in which you never know if you are signaling the person making the decision the right way.

The recruiter reached out to me about the role, I was interviewed about a week or two later. It was pretty smooth, very standard interview questions. “Tell me about yourself” “What would you say are your strengths” “Why Warner?” “Describe how you work in a team” Felt very conversational & informal.
