I applied online. I interviewed at Warner Bros. Discovery (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2021
Interview
If your application is approved they send you an email to complete a Hirevue. After is a video interview with a recruiter, then hiring managers, then finally it usually concludes with a writing assignment.
They really drag out the interview process. This whole process takes three months. After I heard word that I didn't get it, I asked for feedback to get some sort of learning experience out of it. There was none, only that they really enjoyed speaking with me and loved my case study. So, I was left wondering why I didn't get the job. A few weeks later on LinkedIn I saw that they went with an internal hire.
If you're applying for an entry level role, chances are you'll be beat by an internal intern or recent grad in their T3 program. This happened to me on two separate occasions.

You get a call from the HR department. Then afterwards you get a call from the UK and then finally you have a interview with the employer. Process does take a while so be patient.

Interview
Applied on LinkedIn. Then I got an email from HR to do Hirevue video questions. After I did Hirevue, I got an email from the hiring manager to do a first round interview, which was fairly easy as the hiring manager asked standard questions and gave more details about the role. In the next week, I got a call for a second round interview with another person on the team.

Interview
Sent the resume through Workday - Then you will go into a recruitment process which can take very long for a response. For me it was through Poland, then London and then finally a talk at the office.

Question 1
There werent any 'big' questions. Questions were more based on motivation and why you want to work at WBD.
