After initial phone screening I had three rounds with management that were conversation/behaviorism based. I also had a case study. I heard back quickly from HR between rounds. It took about a month total.

Interview
It feels as though the interview process was not taken seriously, almost as if it was conducted for the sake of formality rather than a genuine evaluation. The lack of clarity about the role, the disengaged approach of the interviewer, and the delayed feedback despite multiple follow-ups all reflect a lack of professionalism.
